Unexplained image removal

Gnom (talk · contribs) reverted the image on the right with edit summary Let's maybe keep AI-generated imagery out of this page. As far as I can see there is no explanation/reason for the removal and I'd like to readd it.

I think it's better than the other images on this page of which I removed none and is the only that shows a gnome using a computer to edit and the most relevant/useful/appropriate/illustrative/high-quality on the page. For comparison, the image below is kept on this page and the other other images in it are low-resolution drawings about gnomes in general (well one next to the Wikipedia logo).
